The Indian Institute off Homeopathic Physician (IIHP ) Nellore district of Andhra Pradesh held a scientific seminar on 29th November, 2009 at Hotel Pavani Residency, Nellore. The inaugural session was entertained by school going children with their classical songs, and the lyrics written by a Homoeopathic physician of Nellore region.The seminar was inaugurated by Dr. C. P. SATYA PRASAD Retd Professor, by Lighting the Jyothi. The Hahnemann portrait was garlanded by Dr. K. R.K. Prabhakara Murthy, National vice president for South Zone IIHP.
The inaugural session was followed by scientific session of Dr. N. SRINIVASA RAO. In his topic “ Prognosis after observing the action of the remedy ” As a Teaching faculty and HOD of a Homoeopathic Medical college, he explained what is to be observed when the CORRECT FIRST PRESCRIPTION was administered. He quoted many examples and references. In this connection he narrated and stressed the importance all the 12 observations of Dr. Kent, in the follow up treatment of a patient.
In the following II scientific session Dr. K. S. SAI RAM, private Practitioners and Authorised Medical officer for Satish Dhavan Space Research Centre, Sri Harikota. He presented his article on MOTHER CHILD CARE, he stressed the need of Homoeopathic treatment in Gynaecology, Obstetrics, Labour Neonatal and Paediatric related disorders. To control Neonatal Mortality rate, Maternity mortality Rat, the need of Homoeopathic treatment importance was explained. He diplayed his personal experiences on these conditions. He praised the activities taken by AYUSH, Govt. of India for propagating Homoeopathy.
In this afternoon session, Dr. B. S. MOHAN, Director, Institute of Practicing Homoeopathy ( IPH ) along with his academic team presented a programme on PRACTICE MANAGEMENT with CLINICAL EVIDENCE. He narrated requirements and emanagementskills of our Homoeo clinics. Dr. T. V. SAGAR, an IPH member from Bapatla, presented a case of STERILITY with MARKER CHROMOSOME, one of the rarest conditions in sterility, with 3 abortions and 2 IVF failures. He presented his success with Homoeopathic treatment even after 2 failures of IVFs.Dr. N. GAVESH, an IPH members from CHIRALA, presented a case of DIABETIC FOOT GANGRENE, treated successfully with Homoeoapthic treatment.Dr. V. SRINIVASA BABU, an IPH members from VIJAYAWADA, presented a case on MUCOCELE ( Rannula ) and its incidence with statistics.
